OFS is a place with the vision to be a centre for inspiring dark artists and people of a curious nature. We believe that the experience of visiting a leading tattoo studio and being tattooed is something that should last as long as the piece itself.
Our tattoo artists are specialists in all styles of tattooing. From black and grey realism, full colour, to neo traditional, fineline or whimsical animals we will have the artist for the job. We are happy to take on tattoos of all sizes from small finger tattoos to a complete back piece or sleeve design. We will make your ideas come to life as art on your skin.

Art
We are passionate about art, and the fundamentals and history of tattooing. Many of our artists have traditional art backgrounds, and the studio frequently is involved in personal and wider art projects.
The Experience
We believe that the whole experience of visiting and being tattooed at the studio is something special and individual, and it should be a good experience that lasts as long as the piece itself. We recognise tattoos can be a deeply personal journey for some and we want you to feel as comfortable as possible.

We hold ourselves to high standards of hygiene, professionalism and skill to ensure a good customer experience. We also encourage continuous personal development aswell as being a strong team that supports one another.
Not your average studio
Our award-winning tattoo shop in Shrewsbury is home to a large collection of dark art and curiosities with everything from real human skulls, mummified body parts and ancient medical equipment.

Where are we?
We are located in the beautiful historical market town of Shrewsbury, Shropshire in the West Midlands UK. The studio address is:138 Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury, Shropshire SY2 6AP.
Public Transport:
Shrewsbury is accessible by train and the tattoo studio is walkable from Shrewsbury town centre (approximately 15-20 minute walk) or buses and taxis are available.
Driving:
Follow signs for Shrewsbury from the M54 and the A5. Follow signs for Abbey Foregate, as you drive in you will drive past the Shrewsbury council building and column statue. The studio will be on your left hand side. There is a pub called The Old Bell opposite the studio.
Where to park at the Tattoo Shop in Shrewsbury?
When you visit the One For Sorrow Tattoo shop in Shrewsbury there are a number of parking spaces opposite the front of the shop. If these spaces are full you can park on-street behind the pub opposite where parking is unrestricted for the duration of your tattoo appointment.
